A beautiful and spacious sitting room complete with a stunning log burner, exposed beams and vaulted ceiling. We offer three large sofas to seat up to 10 persons, a wall-mounted TV, Bluetooth Speaker and DVD player with a selection of DVDs, books and board games.
The Barn
Consisting of a large kitchen/dining area which includes a beautiful dining table to seat 10 persons, a two oven electric range, sink, fridge, freezer located in the utility, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, kettle, and well-equipped utensils, crockery and glasses.

Four Luxurious Bedrooms
Enjoy a perfect night's sleep in one of our luxurious beds. The barn sleep 8-10 persons; perfect for families and groups of friends wanting to spend that quality time together in the stunning countryside. All bedrooms are accompanied by their own ensuite or bathroom.
Dog-Friendly
We are now accepting one dog at Waterside Barn!
We require a £250.00 refundable bond at the same time as you pay your final balance – this will be refunded in the week following your stay subject to no damage or additional cleaning required.
Pooch rules will be provided upon request and booking.
Luxury Spa Hot Tub Add-on
Our luxury, five seater, spa hot tub is located in the grounds, complete with mood lighting. The perfect final touch for a relaxing retreat in the Peak District!
Hot tub hire pricing for the weekend is £195.00 and for the week, £225.00. This can be organised upon booking or closer to your stay! Contact us today for further detail.
The Grounds
Directly outside the barn is an enclosed garden complete with a garden dining set, large gas BBQ, lounger and hot tub. Further to the enclosed garden is a beautiful addition to the land; hosting a wealth of nature and flowers that leads down to the peaceful Haven Brook stream. If that wasn't enough, you will find easy access to footpath and cycle routes.
