Van Cleef Family ~ October 2019

"The Waterside Barn is a beautifully presented and very comfortable place to take a break. The house is well equipped and a perfect place for families or groups of friends to spend time away together. The surrounding countryside is outstanding and there are plenty excellent places to explore on its doorstep. We certainly recommend it and hope to have the opportunity to visit again."

Watt Family ~ October 2019

"The barn is amazing.  We were 4 couples celebrating a 60th birthday - we all loved every minute we were here.  Wonderful location, you can walk or cycle from the barn.  Plenty of parking.  The barn is beautifully appointed with fabulous décor and so well equipped.  Everything we needed was provided.  We arrived to a welcome basket full of yummy locally goodies which was really appreciated.  The hot tub is fabulous and in the summer the garden area would be amazing for a cheeky drink and BBQ.  A great place to celebrate a birthday - we will be back."

Bridges Family ~ October 2019

"The cottage has a fantastic location, and is within easy reach of many of the Peak District walks and countryside.
The facilities in the cottage are first class, with a hot tub out side which enjoys a lovely view over the well kept garden and grounds. The hot tub could be enjoyed all year round.
The layout of the cottage makes it ideal for 2 to 3 families, where the rooms and on-suites are in distinctive areas of the cottage, which is achieved without losing the cozy feeling of the whole cottage There are two large communal areas downstairs and upstairs that work very well.
We had a brilliant time at this 'little gem', and would gladly return to stay there again."
