A UNIQUE HISTORY
Waterside Barn is one of the four unique homes which make Bradbourne Mill; the oldest surviving water mill in Derbyshire. The Mill's purpose was to produce grain and flour for surrounding villages, with Waterside Barn housing the farm animals, next to Haven Brook stream.
